Welcome to Ganet's Corner!

Ganet Burr, owner of Ganet's Corner, has held a needle since childhood. She has studied many forms of needlework, both at home and abroad, and specializes in Brazilian Dimensional Embroidery. Ganet is an internationally recognized Brazilian Embroidery instructor, and travels nationwide giving workshops on Brazilian Embroidery, Silk Ribbon Embroidery, Stumpwork, and Beading. She has exhibited prize-winning pieces nationally since1985.

In 1993, she realized a life long dream of owning her own needlework business, serving as a consultant for other needlework designers and shop owners, as well as developing and teaching original designs for EGA, ANG, and BDEIG.

Ganet enjoys teaching new skills and has presented numerous public demonstrations and workshops for needle workers, including beginning workshops for those unfamiliar with needlework techniques.
